1. Services

All payments made for services such as IT consulting, software development, or staffing are non-refundable once the engagement begins. However, refunds may be considered in specific cases at our sole discretion.

2. Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects or subscriptions by providing written notice. Any fees for completed work up to the cancellation date will remain payable.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued if:

• Services were not initiated as agreed.
• Duplicate payments were made accidentally.
